When completing a HHO fuel cell test it before attaching it to the engine to make sure it is producing gas and that everything is working fine with the cell. There is usually plenty of room under the hood of most cars, trucks or other vehicles. More HHO cells are sometimes added to and engine to further increase gas mileage.
