Your Wedding Can Be A One Of A Kind Event With Several Creative Ideas

If you are busy planning your wedding, you may get to feeling overwhelmed. There are numerous standard choices for your wedding, not to mention hundreds of little touches you can add to make things truly unique. If you are looking for idea for having a one of a kind experience and add drama, you have plenty of choices. They can still be charming and unique, but not everything has to have the same impact as those few touches that will stand out for everyone to remember. Consider how you can add pizzazz to your entrance to and from the ceremony an exciting event. Take a floatplane charter as you enter the ceremony and leave by boarding a floatplane to Tofino with your new spouse. This is dramatic and a part of the day everyone attending will remember for a long time to come.
Other options for a grand entrance include a horsedrawn carriage, horseback, or by way of military vehicle. Two of these choices offer romance, and the other is fun and unexpected. You can also use a variety of methods for leaving your ceremony including boat, if you are marrying near the water, a bicycle built for two people, or by way of hayride if you are marrying in a rustic, farm location. Each of these options is fun and can be suited to your particular venue.
Another dramatic addition to a wedding is to create a ceremony that is similar to a performance. Instead of exchanging vows in the usual manner, do so in a dramatic, Hollywood-like fashion. Include dramatic lighting, sound systems, music, and create a feeling of a performance instead of just a wedding.
If you Pare looking to add drama to the reception instead of the ceremony, you have a ton of choices. You can hire a performer to attend the reception and entertain guests either before or after they dine. Imagine the fun everyone will have watching a magician or belly dancer during the wait for the bride and grooms arrival. Other performance options, include celebrity impersonators, singer-songwriters that create a special song just for your event, or a dramatic reading of a romantic piece of literature or poetry. Some brides prefer to keep the attention on themselves during their wedding reception, but others love the idea of keeping guests entertained while they are busy with other things. If you and your sweetie have a photo session scheduled for just after your ceremony, these entertainers are a great idea to fill the time before you arrive at the party.
If you are trying to plan the wedding of your dreams, you may think as if your options are limitless. To get a grip on things, and decide what your big splurges will be for the wedding.

America, The Country Of Contrasting Vacation Destinations
October 20th, 2009 by Connor Sullivan, under Travel and Leisure. No Comments
Vacations allow a family to get away from their everyday life and refresh the whole group. It’s fun to have a favorite vacation location that becomes your home away from home. The family becomes familiar with it and you get to know many of the fun places to see. But maybe you want more adventure. Maybe you like to see different places every year and have new experiences. An easy way to find new places to stay is to find timeshare rentals. Timeshares are located all over the country allowing you to visit a new location every year. People who own a timeshare may sometimes not want to use their assigned week and may prefer to rent it out to a responsible, courteous family.
So, what part of the country do you want to see? That is the first question. It has been said that there are four types of outdoor vacation. These four types correspond to the four original elements defined by the Greeks back in their ancient days. These four elements, to refresh your memory, are earth, air, fire, and water. The application of the four elements to four types of vacation needs a bit more explanation. An Earth vacation is a visit to the prairie, somewhere in the middle of the United States. An Air vacation is a mountain vacation. The best mountains in the United States are found in the East (the Appalachians) and in the West (the Rockies). A Fire vacation is a desert stay in the southwestern part of the country. Finally, a Water vacation, of course, takes place by a lake or the ocean. Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota has the best lakes. These three States have a large number of small natural lakes and, of course, the Great Lakes. Ocean vacations are a fun choice whether you choose the East Coast or the West Coast, the farther south, the better.
My feeling is that a Prairie vacation is the least attractive, but that’s probably because I am ignorant of the attraction of these places. There are lovely cities in the prairie that will give you a good time. In St. Louis, there is an arch which is a famous landmark. Mt. Rushmore is in that area, but does it count as an Earth vacation or as an Air vacation? You decide.
A Fire vacation can take a family to an area that is a total change from home (unless you happen to live in the Southwest). No place in America has a stark, beautiful landscape as can be seen in the desert. Our desert region has many attractions, such as the Grand Canyon, Carlsbad Caverns, the Painted Desert, and the Petrified Forest.
But, in my opinion, the best vacation is a Water vacation. There’s something about sitting on the sand watching the water and also splashing around in the water that is most relaxing and refreshing of all vacations. Just give me an inflatable swim ring, a sunny, warm day, and a gentle breeze, and I will be happy for most of the day. Of course, a liberal amount of sunblock is necessary.
