Children of any age enjoy games and New York is a great place to take them, whether they would rather play video or other kinds of games.
If you playing games is what makes you happy, then a day out with your family or friends in New York City is definitely for you.
For a start, adventurous gamers can’t fail to find satisfaction at the Astroland Amusement Park at Coney Island. There are lots of fabulous rides such as the Midway and the Cyclone Roller Coaster, and there are also several arcade game rooms that offer various kinds of video games for your pleasure.
The indoor video games are a great option for rainy weather, and also for when the sun is so hot that you need to find shade. They provide an excellent opportunity, too, for father and son to bond as they each show off their skills and try to beat one another.
Another good venue for gamers is Dave and Buster’s. You can have a great meal and play games there, too. There’s an interesting choice of video games available, and the food is far superior to what you normally find alongside arcade games.
This is not a regular kids’ arcade. There are games on offer that adult players will find entertaining as well as a good choice for youngsters. You’ll all have plenty of fun and enjoy delicious meals, so I recommend you try it out.
Another amazing place to spend the day with the family is the ESPN Zone. There are 200 televisions there, as well as other kinds of entertainment and food. What more could you ask?
They have American grill type food and all the games are interactive and have something to do with sport. It’s a much better choice than Chuck E. Cheese if you want to have fun with your kids, especially older ones.
